During the following periods: 01/05 to 30/06 and 01/09 to 30/10, we offer a room hire service for the organisation of your events; whether it's a wedding, a christening, a birthday, a cousinade or a seminar, whatever the event you wish to organise, our team is ready to welcome you in the best possible conditions, ready to listen and available, rest assured.
Reception areas
THE BAR ROOM : 900€ from Saturday morning to Sunday evening
- An enclosed and covered 135 m² terrace that can seat 110 people.
- A 42 m² dance floor inside the bar room to limit noise pollution.
- A cosy 42 m² counter/bar area for a break from the hustle and bustle.
- A fully-equipped kitchen adjacent to the reception room.
- A children's play area opposite the reception room.
NATURE AREA: €500 from Saturday morning to Sunday evening
- This is a bare space overlooking the Bay of Arcachon that can accommodate a reception tent for your events.
- The rental of a reception tent or marquee is to be hired from an external service provider of your choice.
- An unused area of the campsite out of season guarantees you absolute peace and quiet.
Only the campsite equipment listed in the options list may be installed on the reception site.
